Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 May 2026.

This Policy explains what data UVS Dynamics LLC (“we”) processes when you use uvsdynamics.com, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

Data controller

The controller is UVS Dynamics LLC, a legal entity registered in Ukraine. Data-protection enquiries: info@uvsdynamics.com.

Visitor analytics

We use Umami — an open-source analytics tool that we run on our own server. Visitor data is never shared with third parties and never leaves our infrastructure.

The analytics is cookieless and stores no identifier on your device. It does not track individuals across days: visits are distinguished by a hashed identifier that rotates daily, which prevents the build-up of a long-term profile. This is why no cookie-consent banner is required.

For each visit we record, in pseudonymised form: pages viewed, referrer, approximate country, device and browser type, and visit duration. These records are used for aggregated statistics and contain no cookies, no stored IP address and no cross-day identifier. The IP address is used only transiently — to compute the hash and resolve the country — and is not stored at all.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in having basic, privacy-by-design visitor statistics without excessive processing of personal data.

Cookies

The analytics (above) is cookieless. The only cookie the site sets is a technical lang cookie that remembers your chosen interface language (expires after up to one year). It is strictly necessary for the site to function, is not used for tracking or advertising, and therefore requires no consent.

Contact form

If you send a message through the contact form, we process the name, email, company (if provided) and message you supply in order to respond to your enquiry. This data is sent to us by email and stored on our server. We additionally record your IP address to prevent abuse and spam through the form (submission rate-limiting). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling and responding to enquiries and in preventing abuse of the form (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); where your enquiry concerns a possible contract, also steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients and server logs

Contact-form messages are delivered to us by email to a mail server running on our own infrastructure (a separate container on the same host). This data is not shared with any third party.

Like any web server, our server keeps short-lived technical request logs that include the IP address — for security and to operate the site (our legitimate interest). These logs are not used for analytics and are not retained long-term.

International transfers

Data is processed and stored on servers located within the EU/EEA. We do not transfer your personal data to a country outside the EEA.

Retention

Analytics records are pseudonymised, contain no IP address, and are kept for as long as they remain useful for assessing visitor trends; we review them periodically and delete outdated data.

Contact-form messages (together with the data you provide and the recorded IP address) are stored on our server — in a submissions file and in backups — for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and the resulting business communication. No fixed-period automatic deletion is currently configured; the data is removed when it is no longer needed or at your request (see “Your rights”).

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, and to object to processing. To do so, write to info@uvsdynamics.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; if you are in the EU, the data protection authority in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with its date.
